Wondering what to do with a garden full of zucchini? Here’s the perfect 180 solution:

Thinly slice medium/large zucchini – 2 to 3 should do it. Don’t make them TOO thin though.
Place on your food dryer racks. Be SURE to use no-stick spray of your choice.

Assorted Treatments:

LIGHTLY salt (NTM) & pepper – be very frugal with the salt! While potatoes love salt, zucchini don’t!

Brush with Bragg’s Liquid Amino’s (diluted) and add wasabi to taste. NO additional salt.

Brush with Super ACV (organic raw apple cider vinegar) & lightly NTM salt.

Use any combination of spices you wish – be creative!

Run your food dryer until they are crunchy chips. These taste (and crunch) like potato chips so you can get a “chip fix” without ruining your 180 protocol!
