HOW DO I PARTICIPATE? IT’S SIMPLE!• Download the Team 180 Challenge Team Entry Form from your back office.
• Name your team and gather your members (minimum of 6).
• Send in your entry form with your team “before” pictures.
• Get your 180™ and Dynamite basic pack ordered for your team.
• Weigh in on July 3rd and send in your team’s starting weight.
• Start taking 180 and “load” on July 3-4.
• Follow the 180 Protocol to lose weight.
• Record your weight every Tuesday to participate in each week’s challenge. Weekly prize winners are determined by your personal percentage of weight loss for that week.
• Each team must submit (either by email or on Facebook) two (2) recipes that follow the 180 protocol.
• Submit your final team weight and “after” pictures by August 31, 2011.
Challenge runs July 3—August 30. Teams can sign up anytime. As with any weight loss program, please consult with your doctor before beginning.
