Pick Your Poison Challenge | 2013
Makes 5-6 servings
1 pound lean ground beef
1 large white onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 ribs celery, chopped
1/2 head green cabbage, shredded
2 (15 oz) cans organic diced tomoatoes (or use fresh, peeled tomatoes, chopped)
1-1/2 tsp rosemary
20 oz organic beef broth (low sodium)
NTM Salt and pepper to taste
In a large saucepan, brown ground beef with onion and garlic until no longer pink. Combine the rest of ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 25 minutes or until veggies are tender. Adjust seasonings and serve.
This makes a great crock pot meal too!
