In July of 2015, when I began Dynamite 180, I weighed a staggering 290 pounds. I had high cholesterol and pre-diabetes. I could barely tie my own shoes. I was finally tired enough of living this way, so I decided to start Dynamite 180, which I’d used in the past to lose weight.

In August, my aunt, whom I am very close with, was diagnosed with terminal cancer. She was an inspiration to me. She helped me to stay true to my weight loss despite all the hardships I encountered over the past 5 months. I have managed to lose just over 70 pounds. Not only have I lost weight, but I have reversed all of my weight related health problems.
I know that I couldn’t have achieved this without the support of my aunt until her death in November. I also couldn’t have accomplished this feat without the tools that Dynamite 180 gave me. This program truly has saved my life. I feel like a new person and I can’t thank Dynamite enough for helping to make this possible. I am now back on protocol to get to my goal, so stay tuned!
My final goal is to be a size 10 pants. I don’t want to put a weight goal, because every body type is different at different weights. I’m currently a 16W, so probably another 50-70 pounds. I started at a size 24/26, though!
