I started 180™ in February 2012 and in less than six months I’m down over 41 pounds, off of my heartburn medication, and off the pill*. My hormones were super nuts for awhile, but that went away just like the cravings and sugar withdrawals did. I was also prescribed anxiety meds and I am now off that and completely off my depression medication as well*. I am SO SUPER PSYCHED as I know that med can actually change the composition of the brain.
I’m so thankful for the 180 program and for Lorraine L for introducing me to this [Dynamite 180 Support] group… it’s so much more than weight loss. I feel like I’ve been a walking zombie and dead for the past 5-7 years and now I’m alive again!!!!
