180 Weight Team Loss Challenge 2011 | Suzanne Holmes
1 pkg. Miracle Noodles of your choice
5 oz. protein (chicken, pork, beef, shrimp, etc.)
salt & pepper to taste
Prepare noodles according to package directions, set aside. Trim asparagus. Cut into bite size pieces if preferred. Mushrooms can be left whole or sliced/quartered. Slice meat thin. In a non-stick pan over medium heat, saute asparagus, mushrooms and choice of protein just until done. Stir in Miracle Noodles. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Salt and pepper to taste.
